<li><b>Admin:</b> Fully allowed to create/reply/edit/delete any annotations</li>
<li><b>User:</b> Allowed to create/reply any annotations, but only allowed to edit/delete his/her own annotations</li>
<li><b>Read only:</b> Not allowed to create/reply/edit/delete any annotations</li>
